I’m having technical issues. What can I do?
If you are using Internet Explorer (version 7.0 or above) as your web browser, most issues can be resolved easily by performing the following steps:
1. Open your browser window and navigate to the toolbar section at the top of the screen. You should see an item that says “tools.” If you do not see it, please press the “Alt” key on your keyboard and the menu containing the tools option should appear at the top left.
2. Select Internet Options at the bottom of the tools menu. If you do not see it, you may need to expand the menu by clicking on the downward arrow to the bottom of the menu. If you still do not see it, please contact your IT department as you may not have access to this option.
3. When the internet options box has opened, you should be viewing the “General” tab. In the “Browsing History” section of that tab, select “Settings.”
4. Please ensure that the “Every time I visit the webpage” option is selected. If not, please select it and click “OK.”
5. Click the “Delete” button next to the settings button you selected earlier to open the “Delete Browsing History” window. Check all boxes on this screen except “Passwords.” Click “Delete.” Please note that this may take a few minutes.
6. Once complete, that window will close and you will be back at the General tab. Select “OK” then close out of every open internet browser window. Launch Internet Explorer once again, navigate to www.illustratus.com and log in again.
If you continue to experience technical difficulties, please try another web browser (such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) or attempt login via an alternate computer if available. If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact Illustratus at 866-881-9000.

Can I post my publication to our community website?
Sure! With our Digital Suite, not only can you post a link to your website, but you only have to do it once! We'll make sure that your most current newsletter or calendar is always shown. But that's not all; with the Digital Suite, you can also email your newsletter or calendar to anyone you choose and post it to Facebook and/or Twitter!

Can I add my community's logo to my materials?
All of our products allow you to display your community logo along with important contact information (such as address and phone). We can also place compliance logos on all products (Equal Housing, Handicap Accessibility).

What if I don't have a logo?

Can I add my own photos to my materials?
Yes! And doing so is easy! When you log on to your account, simply click on your "Photos" section. There, you'll use the "Browse" button to navigate to the folder or desktop location of your photos on your computer. Select the photo you want to use and click the "Upload" button. You can also Rename, Crop, Rotate or Delete your photos. You can upload any .jpeg image that has a minimum size of 500 pixels wide. That's the typical size of a high-res image that most digital cameras are set to shoot. Photos are available for newsletters (certain packages), marketing and email.
Do you have a library of articles and photos?
Yes! We have a huge library that includes thousands of professionally written articles, hundreds of vibrant photos, and fun interactive graphics such as games and area events. We are constantly churning out new content, too; you'll always have something fresh to view.
Can I write my own articles or enter my own information?
Yes! While we have a huge array of content available for you, you can always input your own stories directly into the Online Editor.
Do you offer proofreading?
Yes! Professional proofreading is included in your Illustratus subscription at no additional cost. Our proofers will ensure that typos, misspellings and obvious grammatical errors are corrected so that you'll look your best. In addition, should any questions arise during the proofing of your newsletter, we will contact you directly to resolve any issues.
Can I receive training and support?
At Illustratus, we're committed to providing you with the best training and customer support anywhere. While the Online Editor is so easy to use that you probably won't need our help, we're available if you do. You're never on your own; we'll walk you through every step!
Can I receive a bi-monthly or quarterly newsletter?
Yes! Although monthly newsletters are the most effective, we do offer bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions to suit your needs.
